As a coach who has worked extensively with over 200 clients over a decade, especially women in this demographic, I understand the unique challenges and concerns they face regarding their health and well-being during the menopausal transition. That’s why I am reaching out to organisations  to assist  on educating and supporting women within your organization before this transition takes place.

From hormonal fluctuations to changes in metabolism and bone density, women entering menopause need comprehensive support to maintain their health and vitality.
