

Workshops for Women 35+
Every six weeks, we’ll be hosting informative and empowering workshops focused on women’s health and well-being. These sessions are designed to help women better understand their bodies and navigate changes related to hormones, strength training, and overall health, particularly during pre-menopause, menopause, and beyond.

What to Expect
We’ll dive into topics like hormone balance, the benefits of strength training, the role of HRT
(hormone replacement therapy), and practical strategies for managing the physical and emotional changes women experience. Whether you’re looking for clarity, guidance, or a supportive community, these workshops will provide expert advice, actionable tips, and a space to connect with other women on a similar journey.
